Label teams and artist sign-ins on HILLS
Labels on HILLS can add teammates by task, give each artist and sub-label its own sign-in, and pay their share from their own Airwallex or PayPal.
A label is never one person. There is someone on releases, someone on marketing, someone on the money, and artists who want to see how their music is doing. HILLS now gives each of them the right access, and nothing more.
Teammates by task
Invite your team and choose what each person works on:
- Releases: create, edit and submit releases.
- Requests: takedowns, YouTube and other platform requests.
- Marketing: smart links, pre-saves and campaigns.
- Analytics: trends and royalty reports.
- Earnings: statements and balances.
Some things stay with the account owner, whatever the task: teammates can never withdraw money, change bank details, manage API keys or send DDEX deliveries. You can hand over the day-to-day work without handing over the payouts.
A sign-in for each artist and sub-label
Give every artist and sub-label on your roster its own sign-in. They see their own releases, their trends and their revenue, and nothing of the rest of your catalog. Artists stop asking for screenshots, and you stop exporting reports by hand.
Pay them from your own account
When statements close, pay each artist or sub-label their share straight from your own Airwallex or PayPal account, with the split you set for each one. The money never sits with HILLS on the way, and every payment is recorded next to the statement it pays.
Who it’s for
Label teams and artist sign-ins are for labels signed directly with HILLS. Distributors and white-label partners already have their own team roles and member accounts, with the same rule: artists and labels only ever see their own catalog.
